Ranys was absolutely amazing ! I inquired with her for a booking the very next morning ( not even 12 hours notice ) and she responded quickly , professionally and answered all my questions. At our 5:00 am appointment, she was on time , friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was such a peaceful experience. She washed my hair and was very thorough with making sure my hair was really clean which is really important to me because I have severe dandruff. I love how my hair turned out. I set the date and time over the phone and the braider confirmed my appointment the day before I was supposed to show up (which is rare with a lot of stylists). I usually do not provide reviews, but Ranys and Nicole did such a fantastic job on by boho box braids in the back with cornrows in the front, i had to leave a 5 star review!. The atmosphere was chill, and they were fast. Ranys said my hair would take about 3.5 hrs and they were done a little before that, and i have a lot of hair! This will be my go to place for braids.
